What will appear here are facts gleaned from official public records, citations of legal documents of relevant rules and regulations, and information and links to valuable information taxpayers can use to take actions toward protecting their own life and property. Taxpayers are invited to read these materials to make informed decisions. The opinions of the webmaster will not be published, nor will the site advocate for any position on the issues. There is a Comments Newsgroup (link on the right end of the link bar at the page top) where politely expressed opinions and comments submitted by taxpayers may be published. These will be published in a currently unmonitored list and represent the personal views of the submitter. Taxpayers are also invited to contact the webmaster with requests for information they would like to have included.

Some material will come from copyrighted sources with attribution or link to another website. The unvisited links will be highlighted in blue color and underlined.
